I love mornings like today. I get up early, get moving, and catch the wave. A good place I know I can peacefully ride out for the rest of the day. I feel strong enough to face the day, no matter what. And I remind myself...this too shall pass. That has become a standard in my life. Constantly reminding myself that the way things are now, will change. There is much comfort in that on the hard days, and it creates a lot of gratitude on the good days. And also pushes me to stay in the moment. To accept I'm right where I need to be right now.
